Terms of sale

The commercial basis we work on. Signed contract terms prevail where they differ.

Quotations

• Quotations state the specification, quantity, unit price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterm and validity period.
• Prices are based on the specification quoted; changes to material, dimensions, print or finishing are re-quoted.

Samples and approval

Production follows pre-production samples approved by the buyer. Where the buyer waives sampling, the specification in the quotation governs.

Production and shipping

Lead time runs from approval of artwork and samples, and is confirmed per order. Shipping is arranged on the Incoterm agreed in the contract; documents are issued in line with that term.

Quality claims

Buyers inspect the goods on arrival and notify us of any shortage or defect with photographs and the reference sample, so the claim can be handled with the production partner. Claims are settled by replacement, credit or refund as agreed in the contract.

Compliance documents

The document pack agreed in the quotation — material composition, recyclability statement and the manufacturer's conformity documentation where the product falls under the packaging regulation — travels with the shipping documents. Test reports from accredited laboratories are provided on request.

Prices and payment

• Prices are quoted in the currency named in the quotation and do not include customs duty, import VAT or any tax collected in the destination country.
• Payment terms, currency and the bank charges borne by each side are agreed in the order confirmation and are not implied by anything published on this website.

Delivery, risk and title

The lead time runs from approval of artwork and samples and receipt of the agreed payment, and is confirmed per order. Risk passes according to the Incoterm named in the contract; title to the goods passes to the buyer when the agreed payments have been received in full.

Artwork, tooling and intellectual property

• The buyer confirms that artwork, logos and text supplied for printing may be used for the order and do not infringe third-party rights.
• Printing cylinders, dies and other tooling are charged as set out in the quotation; ownership and storage are agreed per order.
• We publish images or references of completed work only with the buyer's permission.

Force majeure

Neither side is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, transport disruption, industrial action and changes in law. Either side may suspend performance while such an event continues, and the affected deliveries are rescheduled.

Governing law

The law and place of jurisdiction that apply to a contract are named in the order confirmation, so they are agreed before production starts rather than assumed from this website.
