About Huaxin Jiayuan

We are a Shenzhen-based packaging supplier working with European brands and retailers. Our job is to make sourcing packaging from China predictable: one contact, cleared specifications, documents your importer can file, and goods that match the sample.

What we do

We supply ten packaging ranges across paper and plastic — folding cartons, corrugated boxes, paper bags, food containers, moulded pulp, stand-up pouches, vacuum bags, roll film, PET containers and shrink sleeves — printed to our customers' artwork and specified for their market.

Each range is produced by a dedicated production partner that we qualify and work with continuously, rather than being sourced through open marketplaces. That is what allows us to quote a specification, hold it, and supply the documents that go with it.

How we qualify a production partner

• Audit of licences and certificates before the first order — business licence, printing licence, food-contact documentation where applicable, and any certification the project requires.
• Sample approval against the customer's specification, including fill-line and fit checks where the packaging runs on machinery.
• Pre-shipment inspection with photo evidence, and AQL inspection on request for volume orders.
• Documentation review: the compliance file is prepared and checked before the goods leave the production site.

Where we are

Shenzhen, Guangdong, China — the packaging and printing supply chain of the Pearl River Delta, with direct access to the ports of Shenzhen and Hong Kong for shipments to Rotterdam, Hamburg and Genoa. Enquiries are answered in English, Monday to Friday.
