Upstream material: recycled PET

We also supply recycled PET — post-consumer hot-washed flake, bottle-grade pellet and non-food grades — from a partner recycling plant. It matters for packaging buyers because Article 7 of the PPWR (Regulation (EU) 2025/40) sets minimum recycled content for plastic packaging from 2030, and for food-contact applications the recycling installation must be listed in the EU register under Regulation (EU) 2022/1616. Compliance is our starting point, not an afterthought

Since 12 August 2026 the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40) applies. Responsibility sits with the EU importer — who cannot pass it back to a supplier outside the EU. They must hold technical documentation and produce it within 10 days of a market surveillance request.

So every order we ship comes with a Declaration of Conformity, a material composition sheet and a recyclability statement; migration test reports from accredited laboratories are available on request. If your market adds its own layer — Germany's VerpackG and LUCID register, for example — we provide the material and weight data your registration needs.

How we work with buyers abroad

• 1. Specification. You send the item, dimensions, quantity, artwork status and destination country.
• 2. Quotation with documents. Price, MOQ, lead time and the document pack that applies to your market — in writing, before anything is produced.
• 3. Pre-production samples. Structure and print approved by you, with photos and fill-line checks.
• 4. Production and shipping. Weekly progress reports, then export packing with the full document set, FOB or on the terms we agree.
