Packaging for e-commerce and logistics
Two costs decide e-commerce packaging: the material you pay for and the damage you avoid. We work on the second as much as the first — the flute grade, the void space and the fitment standardised across your SKUs.
What we supply
- Printed mailer boxes and shipping cartons in single, double and triple wall
- Roll-over die-cut, self-locking and tear-strip opening formats for returns-friendly packing
- Corrugated inserts, fitments and corner protection for fragile items
- Moulded pulp trays for electronics, glassware and appliance accessories
- Poly mailers, bubble and protective films where plastic protection is the right answer
- Printed tape, void fill and branded inserts as a matched set
Reducing damage and volumetric cost
- Internal dimensions set to your product rather than to a stock size, so void fill and volumetric weight come down
- Flute and wall recommendation against the stacking height in your fulfilment centre
- Dieline with your fulfilment line in mind: opening speed, returns, and one box per product family where possible
- Test-fit prototype available before you commit to a cutting die
Documentation for the market you ship into
Shipping packaging is packaging too, and it counts toward your obligations: material types and weights per unit feed the German register and the national schemes, and the same data supports the recyclability documentation your PPWR file needs. We supply the component breakdown with the order instead of leaving it to be reconstructed from invoices later.
